Objectives
In context of economic crisis, consumers are increasingly turning to vegetable and fruit edible plants. Edible flowers are beginning to gain interest from restorers and insiders and can thus become a growth market for horticultural sector. FLOOR seeks to develop a new range of products with flowers to be consumed in pots, planted or even in trays to be consumed directly. This program will make it possible to diversify the horticultural range and define the most appropriate cultivation techniques, test products in post-production situations in the garden, carry out market research and work on communication.
Objectives
Dans un contexte de crise économique, les consommateurs se tournent de plus en plus vers les plantes de consommation potagères et fruitières. Les fleurs comestibles commencent à connaître un intérêt pour les restaurateurs et les initiés et peuvent ainsi devenir un marché porteur pour la filière horticole. FLOOR cherche à développer une nouvelle gamme de produits avec les fleurs à consommer en pots, à planter ou encore en barquette à consommer directement. Ce programme permettra de diversifier la gamme horticole et définir les techniques culturales les plus appropriées, tester les produits en situation de post production en jardin, réaliser une étude de marché et travailler sur la communication.

The project's objectives :
• Enable companies to restore added value to productions.
• Promote the diversification of horticultural production.
• Orient production towards products with higher added value.
• Find new outlets for certain flowering plants that are losing ground and whose edible properties are little known.
New range of products: flowers to eat in pots, to plant in gardens, in ready-to-eat trays.

Objectifs du projet :
• Permettre aux entreprises de redonner de la valeur ajoutée aux productions.
• Favoriser la diversification des productions horticoles.
• Orienter la production vers des produits à plus forte valeur ajoutée.
• Trouver de nouveaux débouchés pour certaines plantes fleuries en perte de vitesse et dont les vertus comestibles sont peu connues.
Nouvelle gamme de produits : fleurs à consommer en pots, à planter dans les jardins, en barquettes prêtes à être consommées.
