Objectives

Based on the principles of aquaponics, the project aims to elaborate a production modell, which integrates intensive aquaculture, greenhouse vegetable growing and insect larvae production from food waste for feeding the fish. The energy is totally supplied by renewable sources – by solar panels and borehole heat exchangers. The modell fulfils the circular economy principles and it will be elaborated in two sizes: as a family business and as a middle sized enterprise.

Objectives

A projekt az akvapónia elvéből kiindulva egy olyan termelési modellt kíván kidolgozni, amely integrálja az intenzív haltenyésztést és a növényházi termelést, valamint a halak takarmányozására alkalmas rovarlárvák előállítását szerves hulladékból. A termelőegység energiaigényét teljes mértékben megújuló energiával – napelem és talajszondás hőszivattyú rendszer - biztosítja. A körforgásos gazdaság elveinek megfelelő modellt családi gazdálkodási és középüzemi méretben dolgozzuk ki.
