Fokus Dorf/ Focus on villages

Résumé

This project aims to initiate cooperation with other LEADER regions that also have a particular thematic focus on villages and would also like to discuss and work on current village development issues with local stakeholders in a practice-oriented manner.

Excursions to other LEADER regions are intended to promote the exchange of actors from different villages. 

The aim is to reflect on the situation in our villages through examples of best practice and the experiences and problems of other stakeholders. Through this exchange, new solutions for the diverse problems in rural areas are to be found.

The following aspects of village life are to be focused on:

a. Social community and living together

b. Volunteering

c. Community facilities such as clubhouses, meeting places

d. Local supply and gastronomy

e. Leisure activities and facilities

f. Natural environment, environmental protection and climate change

g. Cultural actors and spaces

 

Type of Partner

In order to initiate an initial meeting and an initial exchange and to initiate long-term cooperation between LEADER regions and their stakeholders, a first excursion of our LAG and interested stakeholders is planned as a three-day trip to another LEADER region.

This excursion is planned as a bus trip (possibly also as a train trip, depending on the situation) in the first half of 2026. Return visits are of course welcome.

Regions in Germany or other European Countries, preferred: Middle mountain region with small-scale spatial structures and many villages.
