Territorial collective project of methanisation including a group of 37 farmers, an industrial company of agribusiness, the agricultural school of Vire and the Chamber of Agriculture. This project involves setting up a collective anaerobic digestion unit aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of farms by reducing their dependence on synthetic fertilizers and producing added value. The production of biomethane will be made from digestates from agricultural farms that will be heated by the fatal energy of the industrial site to be reinjected and recovered in the Vire gas network.
Projet collectif territorial de méthanisation incluant un groupe de 37 exploitants agricoles, une entreprise industrielle de l’agroalimentaire, le lycée agricole de Vire et la Chambre d’Agriculture. Ce projet porte sur la mise en place d’une unité de méthanisation collective destinée à renforcer la compétitivité des exploitations en réduisant leur dépendance aux engrais de synthèse et en produisant de la valeur ajoutée. La production de biométhane se fera à partir de digestats provenant des fermes agricoles qui seront chauffés par l’énergie fatale du site industriel pour être réinjecté et valorisé dans le réseau de gaz de ville de Vire.
