The end user can use the practical guide developed to know how to classify maritime pine standing timber and thus adjust the price and standardize the language and terminology used in the timber quality sector. It also has guidelines, photos and tricks to learn in this task of identification and classification of standing timber.
b) Development of a digital tool to facilitate the traceability and monitoring of wood and its quality for the actors in the forest value chain, from the marking of wood and harvesting in the forest to the delivery of the wood to the industry (video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xu8NC2QPjA4).
