Result 7: Execution of the Dissemination Plan for the Network of Agricultural Test Spaces
Act 6: ORGANIZING THE FIRST NATIONAL MEETING OF AGRICULTURAL TEST SPACES IN SPAIN
One of the main dissemination activities of the project was organizing the First National Conference on Agricultural Test Spaces.
Due to COVID, the event was held online over 5 sessions across 3 days, using the ZOOM platform. A total of 276 people registered from 40 different provinces, providing extensive coverage across Spain.
The development of the conference and its online format were well-received, with the content being considered useful and applicable, and receiving average ratings above 8 out of 10.
These conferences marked the beginning of subsequent events that have been held since 2020, including an ETA meeting in 2021, hybrid conferences in 2022, a face-to-face meeting in 2023, and two more events in 2024: one face-to-face meeting and another dissemination conference organized by RedPAC. The organization of these events has allowed more than 500 people to learn about these devices, with authorities and public administrations involved in every case.
**RECOMMENDATIONS**: The first online conference was a pioneering event in terms of its scale, the knowledge generated, and its subsequent impact. It is recommended to establish a regular cadence of conferences directly related to the theme, as this is a great way to encourage knowledge exchange and the evolution of these devices. Such events create a meeting point for territories working in similar fields, facilitating connections between similar initiatives, alliances, and relationships between processes, administrations, the third sector, and the primary sector.

a causa de la COVID, se organizó un evento online de 5 sesiones y 3 días de duración, utilizando la plataforma ZOOM. En total se inscribieron 276 personas y 40 provincias diferentes, con una cobertura del territorio español muy amplia.
El desarrollo de las jornadas y su formato online tuvo muy buena acogida, valorando que el contenido es útil y de aplicación y con puntuaciones medias superiores a 8 puntos sobre 10.
Estas jornadas fueron el inicio de los siguientes eventos que se han llevado a cabo desde 2020 con un encuentro de ETAs en 2021, unas jornadas divugativas presencial/online en 2022, un encuentro presencial en 2023 y dos eventos más en 2024: un encuentro presencial y unas jornadas divulgativas organizadas por la RedPAC. La organización de eventos ha llevado a más de 500 personas a conocer estos dispositivos con la presencia en todos los casos de autoridades y administraciones públicas competentes en la materia.
RECOMENDACIONES: La celebración de las primeras jornadas en formato online fue un evento pionero por su envergadura, conocimiento generado en las jornadas, y por el impacto posterior. Se recomienda establecer una cadencia temporal de jornadas directamente ligadas a la temática ya es una forma de incentivar el conocimiento y la evolución de estos dispositivos y supone un punto de encuentro entre territorios que trabajan en ámbitos similares. Permite poner en contacto iniciativas parecidas, alianzas y vinculos entre procesos, administraciones, tercer sector y sector primario.
