Result 1: Implementation of Activities and Execution of the Innovative Project "Network of Agricultural Test Spaces"
For the coordination of the project, a total of 7 general coordination meetings and 8 territorial meetings were organized. Following the COVID crisis, these meetings were held in an online format. The initial schedule for coordination meetings was also altered due to the COVID crisis, but the number of meetings held exceeded expectations. This section also includes the meetings held by the partners for project development with various stakeholders. Currently, coordination between entities continues with the formalization of an association that combines the coordination of partner entities with the coordination of the technical secretariat of the organization.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Effective coordination management is essential for the proper progress of the project. It is possible to combine in-person and online meetings, but it is necessary to adapt the content and topics to be addressed depending on the type of meeting. The cohesion of the operational group and effective commitment to the project is mainly generated in in-person meetings and technical visits. On the other hand, territorial coordinations are useful for the executive progress of projects: task distribution, project monitoring, addressing doubts, etc., while general coordinations are valuable for the strategic vision of the projects, reorientation, cooperation among stakeholders, and the unification of criteria.

Para la coordinación del proyecto se organizaron un total de 7 reuniones de coordinación generales, así como 8 reuniones territoriales. A partir de la crisis del COVID, estas reuniones se realizaron en un formato online no presencial. El calendario inicial de reuniones de coordinación también se vió alterado a causa de la crisis del COVID, pero el número de reuniones realizadas se superó. Se incluyen también en este bloque las reuniones que realizaron los socios para el desarrollo del proyecto con los diferentes agentes. Actualmente la coordinación entre entidades continua con la formalización de una asociación que combina la coordinación de las entidades socias con la coordinación de la secretaria técnica de la entidad.
RECOMENDACIONES: la buena gestión de la coordinación es esencial en la correcta marcha del proyecto. Es posible combinar reuniones presenciales y reuniones online, pero es necesario adaptar los contenidos y temáticas a tratar en función de la tipología de reunión. La cohesión del grupo operativo y el compromiso efectivo en el proyecto se genera sobretodo en las reuniones presenciales y vistas técnicas. Por otra parte, las coordinaciones territoriales son útiles para el avance ejecutivo de los proyectos: distribución de tareas, seguimiento del proyecto, resolución de dudas, etc, mientras que las coordinaciones generales son útiles para la visión estratégica de los proyectos, la reorientación y cooperación entre actores y la unificación de criterios.
