This project evaluated the efficacy of the proposed solutions (natural formulations and ozone technology) on the health and nutritional status of the vineyard, as well as on the productive yield of the selected vineyards (a 30-year-old vineyard and a young vineyard just starting production).
These strategies generally managed to match the health and physiological state of the vine plants in a more favourable area, where conventional treatments were used. The vegetative cycle developed relatively normally, with no notable nutritional deficiencies or alterations, and the health status was generally optimal in both test plots.
Thus, in the trials, the area with the highest health status was chosen for the control thesis (conventional products), in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions on the sectors most affected by wood diseases. In general, a higher yield was obtained in the plot where the two solutions were combined (synergistic formulation with the two extracts and ozonised water), although the differences with respect to the other treatments were not statistically significant. However, the group considers that obtaining these yields in the sectors traditionally most affected is a great achievement.
En este proyecto se evaluó la eficacia de las soluciones propuestas (formulados naturales y tecnología de ozono) sobre el estado sanitario y nutricional del viñedo, así como en el rendimiento productivo de los viñedos seleccionados (un viñedo de 30 años de edad y otro viñedo joven que iniciaba su producción).
Estas estrategias lograron, de forma general, igualar la sanidad y el estado fisiológico de las plantas de vid que se encontraban en una zona más favorable, donde se utilizaron tratamientos convencionales. El ciclo vegetativo se desarrolló con relativa normalidad, no presentando carencias ni alteraciones nutricionales destacables y el estado sanitario fue generalmente óptimo en ambas parcelas de ensayo.
Así, en los ensayos se eligió la zona de mayor sanidad para la tesis testigo (productos convencionales), con la finalidad de evaluar la eficacia de las soluciones sobre los sectores más afectados por las enfermedades de madera. En general, se ha obtenido un mayor rendimiento en la parcela en la que se han combinado las dos soluciones (formulado sinérgico con los dos extractos y agua ozonizada), aunque las diferencias con respecto a los otros tratamientos no fueron estadísticamente significativas. Sin embargo, la agrupación considera que la obtención de estos rendimientos en los sectores tradicionalmente más afectados es un gran logro.
