The objective of this activity is the monitoring and financial management of the project. An initial launch project meeting was held on 05/11/2021 in Burgos, whereas and the First Management Committee was on the 06/30/2021 in Salamanca. The Second Management Committee was held on 06/15/2022 at the Parador Nacional in Ciudad Rodrigo (Salamanca), while the Third Management Committee took place at the Parador Nacional in Salamanca on 01/12/2023. Likewise, a project monitoring meeting was held in each Period. Finally, the project organizational chart was created during this phase and expense statements and expense audits were carried out, one per Period
El objetivo de esta actividad es el seguimiento y gestión financiera del proyecto. Se celebró una reunión inicial de puesta en marcha del proyecto el 11/05/2021 en Burgos y el Primer Comité de Dirección el 30/06/2021 en Salamanca. El Segundo Comité de Dirección se celebró el 15/06/2022 en el Parador Nacional de Ciudad Rodrigo (Salamanca), mientras que el Tercer Comité de Dirección tuvo lugar en el Parador Nacional de Salamanca el 12/01/2023. Asimismo, se celebró una reunión de seguimiento del proyecto en cada Periodo. Por último, durante esta Actividad se creó el organigrama del proyeto y se llevaron a cabo las declaraciones de gasto y la auditpría de gastos, una por Periodo.
