Improved advisory services and increased interest shown by farmers and stockbreeders in the organic production system. In Salamanca, where the area of organic production was practically negligible at the beginning of the ECOPIONET project, the technicians of the Professional Agricultural Organisations detected an increase in the interest shown by the producers of the province in the organic production system. Thanks to the project, their technicians increased their training in organic farming, mainly thanks to the level of the experts involved in the project and the exchange of knowledge between different actors. In this way, all those producers who have turned to the technicians of the Professional Agricultural Organisations have found a better advisory service on organic production.
Mejora de los servicios de asesoramiento e incremento del interés mostrado por los agricultores y ganaderos en el sistema de producción ecológica. En Salamanca, donde la superficie de producción ecológica era prácticamente testimonial al inicio del proyecto ECOPIONET, los técnicos de las Organizaciones Profesionales Agrarias detectaron un aumento del interés por parte de los productores de la provincia en el sistema de producción ecológico. Gracias al proyecto sus técnicos aumentaron su formación sobre agricultura ecológica, principalmente gracias al nivel de los expertos con los que contó el proyecto y al intercambio de conocimientos entre distintos actores. De esta manera, todos esos productores que han acudido a los técnicos de las Organizaciones Profesionales Agrarias han encontrado un mejor servicio de asesoramiento en materia de producción ecológica.
