Generation of the exchange network. It is a space for the exchange of experiences and the creation of a network, which promotes a multidisciplinary associative fabric that dynamises production based on common management. The network will favour the generation of synergies and alliances between associative entities.
A total of 5 face-to-face workshops for the exchange of experiences have been held, with a total impact of more than 100 people, and 8 case studies of successful joint management initiatives have been produced, the reports of which have been published in the form of a ‘letter’ from the task force. This fosters the culture of inter-cooperation around common management and exchange of experiences.
Generación de la red de intercambio. Es un espacio de intercambio de experiencias y creación de red, que impulsa un tejido asociativo multidisciplinar que dinamiza la producción basada en la gestión común. La red favorecerá la generación de sinergias y alianzas entre entidades asociativas.
Se han realizado un total de 5 talleres presenciales de intercambio de experiencias con un impacto total de más de 100 personas; asimismo, se han realizado 8 fichas de casos de éxito de iniciativas de gestión en común, cuyos informes se han publicado en forma de “letter” del grupo operativo. Con esto se fomenta la cultura de intercooperación en torno a la gestión común y el intercambio de experiencias.
