The dimensional characterization and stress analysis has been carried out using the FEM finite element method of the two types of traditional earthenware jars for storage and winemaking of CELLER DEL ROURE, where the jars have been characterized and modeled by finite element numerical simulation, obtaining results that have allowed to identify the areas of greatest tensile stresses. An analysis of the variation of stresses along a generatrix has also been carried out, which has made it possible to distinguish different characteristic zones of the jars for further studies.
Se ha llevado a cabo la caracterización dimensional y el análisis de tensiones mediante el método de elementos finitos MEF de las dos tipologías de tinajas de barro tradicionales para el almacenamiento y elaboración de vino de CELLER DEL ROURE, donde se han caracterizado las tinajas y se ha realizado su modelización mediante simulación numérica por elementos finitos, obteniéndose resultados que han permitido identificar las zonas de mayores tensiones de tracción. Se ha llevado a cabo también el análisis de la variación de las tensiones a lo largo de una generatriz, lo que ha permitido distinguir diferentes zonas características de las tinajas para estudios posteriores.
