COTRAE project and his works need to feed new knowledge about these themes:
- the functionning of farming groups, the roles and the evolution of the competences of the advisors
- the diversity of experimentations forms in the agro-ecologic transition and theirs conditions of implementations
- the experimentation like a factor of knowledge production and transfer in the farming groups and outside of the group.
It could result in news tools and methods to support and train the farmins group in agroecologic transition. It could feed some ressouces for initial trainin in agriculture.
Le travail réalisé dans le projet COTRAE doit alimenter de nouvelles connaissances sur les thématiques suivantes:
- le fonctionnement des collectifs agricoles, le rôle et l'évolution des compétences des accompagnants
- la diversité des formes d'expérimentations sur la transition agroécologique des exploitations et leurs modalités de mises en oeuvre
- l'expérimentation, facteur de production et de transfert de connaissance au sein du collectif et au delà du groupe.
Cela devrait aboutir à la production d'outils et de méthodes d'accompagnement et de formation des collectifs en transition vers l'agro-écologie, anisi que des ressources pour l'enseignement initial.
