Conclusions
The change in quality characteristics, in particular the fine particle content and ash content, due to the use of the dryer and sieve vibrating, leads to a considerable increase in the quality characteristics of waste biomass. The use of vibration is essential because it not only reduces the amount of fine material that causes a greater amount of ash, but also an increase in melting temperature of the ashes themselves, giving indirect benefits to the boilers that will feed on such wood chips. In this way all the material can find a place on the market otherwise difficult, such as domestic boilers powered by wood chips. The high investment to equip yourself with the necessary equipment to carry out this type of production is necessary if you want to pursue the enhancement, but because of the very limited economic margins in relation to the type of material to be worked it is clear that there must be an efficient organizational and planning capacity.
Conclusioni
La variazione delle caratteristiche qualitative, in particolare di contenuto di particelle fini e contenuto in ceneri, dovuto all’utilizzo dell’essiccatoio e vibrovaglio a setacci, porta ad un considerevole aumento delle caratteristiche qualitative di biomasse di scarto. L’impiego del vibrovaglio risulta essenziale perché non solo permette di ridurre la quantità di materiale fine che determina una maggiore quantità di cenere, ma anche un aumento di temperatura di fusibilità delle ceneri stesse, dando benefici indiretti alle caldaie che andranno ad alimentarsi di tale cippato. In tal modo tutto il materiale può trovare una collocazione sul mercato altrimenti difficoltosa, come le caldaie domestiche alimentate a cippato. L’elevato investimento per dotarsi delle attrezzature necessarie per svolgere questo tipo di produzione è necessario se si vuole perseguire la valorizzazione, ma a causa dei margini economici molto limitati in relazione al tipo di materiale da lavorare risulta evidente che ci deve essere un’efficiente capacità organizzativa e di pianificazione del lavoro.
