1 Practice Abstracts

Within the project, 16 dairy farmers with a total of 1.410 hectares of land want to extensify by reducing the production and fertilisation volume of the dairy farm to a maximum of 150 or 100 kg nitrogen excretion per hectare per farm, without allowing the use of nitrogen fertiliser. This challenge is being addressed through good guidance and cooperation. The project focuses on the Natura 2000 areas of Landgoed Brummen, Rhine branches and Veluwe where, in accordance with Annex 2 of the scheme, the number of points is between 3 and 5, based on urgency

Binnen het project willen 16 melkveehouders met in totaal 1.410 hectare grond extensiveren door het productie- en bemestingsvolume van het melkveehouderijbedrijf te verlagen tot maximaal 150 of 100 kg stikstofdierexcretie per hectare per bedrijf, waarbij het gebruik van stikstofhoudende kunstmest niet is toegestaan. Door een goede begeleiding en een goede samenwerking wordt er gewerkt aan deze uitdaging. Het project richt zich op de Natura 2000-gebieden Landgoederen Brummen, Rijntakken en de Veluwe waarbij conform bijlage 2 van de regeling het aantal punten tussen de 3 en de 5 betreft, op basis van urgentie
