Activities
In the first phase, we conduct research on knowledge exchange and information-sharing methods. We begin with a brief kickoff conference. We assess the availability of digital channels, platforms, and networks, as well as their presence within the target population. In the second phase, we publicly engage advisors and, with their expertise over 24 months, we create educational media materials on current topics related to knowledge transfer in agriculture. We produce a variety of media products, distribute them to the agricultural public in various current formats, and measure their impact. During this phase, we also use similar tools and channels to enable farmers to share their own knowledge. We collect and later analyze data on reach, number, and tone of reactions.
In the final phase, we establish two-way connections between online advisors and producers. Advisors respond to user questions. We focus on a model of delivering advisory services through the IT platform AK, which will be upgraded for this purpose. Available metrics will be used to rank advisors based on the quality of support provided, creating the foundation for potentially rewarding better performance. In the third phase, we analyze the results, publish a handbook on online knowledge transfer in agriculture, and prepare presentation materials to share conclusions with advisors. A scientific paper will be published, and a final conference will be held, with materials shared with the media.

U prvoj fazi provodimo istraživanja o načinima razmjene znanja i informiranja. Započinjemo kratkom kickoff konferencijom. Utvrđujemo raspoloživost digitalnih kanala, platformi, mreža te njihovu prisutnost u ciljanoj populaciji. U drugoj fazi javnim pozivom angažiramo savjetodavce te uz njihovu stručnu pomoć kroz 24 mjeseca kreiramo edukativne medijske materijale vezane za aktualne teme prijenosa znanja u poljoprivredi. Kreiramo različite medijske proizvode, te ih kanaliziramo prema agrarnoj javnosti u brojnim aktualnim formatima i mjerimo učinke. Slične alate i kanale u ovoj fazi koristimo i da poljoprivrednici dijele vlastito znanje. Dobivene podatke o čitanosti, broju i tonu rekacija prikupljamo i kasnije analiziramo. U zadnjoj fazi internetske savjetnike povezujemo dvosmjerno s proizvođačima. Savjetnici odgovaraju na pitanja korisnika. Bavimo se modelom izvedbe savjetodavnih usluga kroz IT platformu AK, koja će za te potrebe biti nadograđena. Koristit ćemo raspoložive metrike kako bi savjetodavce rangirali sukladno kvaliteti podrške te time stvorili pretpostavke potencijalnog honoriranja boljih izvedbi. U trećoj fazi analiziramo dobivene rezultate, objavljujemo priručnik za internetski transfer znanja u poljoprivredi, kao prezentacijske materijale za prijenos zaključaka savjetodavcima. Publiciramo znanstveni rad te organiziramo završnu konferenciju, te materijale šaljemo medijima.
