Activities

Activity 1. Prototyping and Initial Implementation

The prototyping and initial implementation will create a prototype of the user query processing system, collect field data, and develop a user interface and documentation that will enable the implementation of the remaining activities and their realization.


Activity 2. Internal testing and development of advanced functions

Internal testing and development of advanced functions will provide expanded functionality, improved performance, detailed internal testing and training, collection and analysis of feedback, and documentation for advanced functions that will enable the implementation of the last activity and its realization.


Activity 3. Final verification and distribution

Final verification and distribution will provide final testing and training, stability and reliability, documentation for the open source community, release of the chatbot to open source, and monitoring of adoption and feedback before and after the release, which will enable the successful realization of the project.

Aktivnost 1. Izrada prototipa i inicijalna implementacija

Izradom prototipa i inicijalnom implementacijom ostvariti će se prototip sustava za obradu upita korisnika, prikupiti će se terenski podaci te će biti razvijeno korisničko sučelje i dokumentacija, koji će omogućiti provedbu preostalih aktivnosti i njihovu realizaciju.


Aktivnost 2. Interno testiranje i razvoj naprednih funkcija

Internim testiranje i razvojem naprednih funkcija ostvarit će se proširena funkcionalnost, poboljšane performanse, detaljno interno testiranje i treniranje, prikupljanje i analiziranje povratnih informacija te dokumentacija za napredne funkcije, koji će omogućiti provedbu zadnje aktivnosti i njenu realizaciju.


Aktivnost 3. Konačna verifikacija i distribucija

Konačnom verifikacijom i distribucijom ostvariti će se finalno testiranje i treniranje, stabilnost i pouzdanost, dokumentacija za open source zajednicu, puštanje chatbota u open source i praćenje usvajanja te povratne informacije prije i nakon puštanja, koji će omogućiti uspješnu realizaciju projekta.
