The ‘Women in Agrifood Summit’ closes this year’s edition of the ‘Empowering Women in Agrifood’ (EWA) programme, carried out by EIT Food in 2022, in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Turkey.
The summit can be conceived as a ‘graduation day’ as well as a source of up-to-date and valuable information for women leaders in the agrifood sector.
The summit will be a hybrid event, taking place online and in Bilbao, Spain, on 1 December 2022.

It will be a place to discuss and share experiences, strategies and opportunities with and for women in the agrifood, agritech and entrepreneurial areas. The Women in Agrifood Summit will celebrate the completion of the EWA programme, showcasing the innovative and unique projects that it has hosted.
Participants will have the opportunity to witness some presentations of business ideas that our women leaders have developed during this 2022 EWA edition.
