On Wednesday, 17 June 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 CEST, Tools4CAP will host its ninth online Academy module, entitled “From practice to adoption: Applying Tools4CAP for the next CAP cycle”.

This session is the third Tools4CAP Academy training module of 2026 and is designed to support Member States in preparing for the next CAP programming period.

During this session, participants will discover:

  • Integrated planning, modelling and scenario-building approaches from the Netherlands and Slovenia supporting CAP coordination and decision-making.
  • Practical experiences from Italy and Greece on PMEF implementation, CAP result indicators and policy monitoring tools.
  • Earth Observation and machine learning approaches for soil monitoring and Soil Organic Carbon estimation in Spain.

The module will also:

  • Present lessons learned from implementation across different national CAP contexts.
  • Explore transferability conditions across Member States.
  • Highlight practical recommendations for future CAP programming.

This session builds on the two previous Academy modules held in 2026, which focused on technical and methodological aspects — including advanced quantitative methods, sensitivity analysis and data interoperability — and on decision-support tools. The module is also linked to the project’s Case Study analyses and descriptive factsheets.
