SembrAI 2025 | The Intelligence that Feeds Tomorrow. Join over 1,000 attendees and 100 startups from 25 countries at the European epicentre of Artificial Intelligence applied to agriculture and food.
Córdoba will host the third edition of SembrAI, the leading international congress on Artificial Intelligence applied to the agri-food sector, taking place on September 24–25, 2025. Organised by the INTEC Foundation with the support of the European Union and the Regional Government of Andalusia, SembrAI is part of the EDIH Andalusia project (DIH Andalucía Agrotech), a European Digital Innovation Hub that positions our region as a pioneer in applying AI to agriculture and food.
This major event gathers over 2 000 professionals, including researchers, entrepreneurs, government officials, agri-food companies, and venture capital funds. SembrAI creates a collaborative space where innovation meets real-world application in farming, food processing, logistics, and sustainable systems.
